Interior Details
There are three options for seating surfaces: fabric, sport fabric, and perforated leather. Only the flagship model has ventilated front seats. Hybrid models come with leather-wrapped steering wheels, while the base model has a urethane steering wheel. All models have a one-touch power moonroof with ventilation and slide shade controls.
All models have a driver’s seat with eight-way power adjustment and lumbar support, along with heated front seats. The Sport Hybrid adds sport aluminum-trimmed pedals to its interior design. You’ll find steering wheel-mounted controls for audio, cruise control, driver information interface, and telephone equipped into every model.
Comfort and Technology Combined
A dual-zone automatic climate control system is standard across the lineup. While active noise control is standard as well, only the Touring Hybrid has acoustic windshields. It is also the only model with rear console ventilation, wireless charging, auto-dimming rearview mirrors, and rear USB charging ports.
A 10.2-inch full-digital colour TFT driver metre display is equipped for all models. The displays provide information including tachometer, speedometer, fuel consumption, odometer, and music controls. The EX trim also has a 7-inch colour touchscreen display, while upper models have 12.3-inch displays. The Touring Hybrid adds a 6-inch head-up display monitor and a 12-speaker Bose Premium audio system to the hi-tech layout.
Active Safety Technologies
The new Accord is packed with a wide array of safety technologies and driving assists. Standard features for all models include a collision mitigation braking system, forward collision warning, lane departure warning, hill start assist, road departure mitigation and traction control. Additionally, all models have an advanced airbag system covering all passengers.
Cargo Features
All models are equipped with cargo area lights, assisted opening trunk, 473L of cargo volume, and 2,911L of passenger volume. The assisted opening trunk function can be controlled via a key fob. It opens the trunk completely, which is helpful for loading and unloading big cargo. The ear seats are foldable by default across the lineup, considerably increasing the overall cargo capacity.
